If you are a resident of Northfield Township and are experiencing food insecurity, please complete and submit an intake form (see links to the right) along with a clear copy of an unexpired, government-issued photo ID (which includes an address within the Township) for all adults 18 years of age or older who are permanent residents of the household.

Please also include an official dated document proving residence, such as:

• A current lease filled out by your landlord
• Current utility bill
• Current bank statement
